Why Charlotte Couples Choose Online Sessions

No rush-hour drive to a session

A 50-minute session can turn into a two-hour trip once you add I-77, I-485 or Independence Blvd traffic. Online, you log in from home and skip the commute both ways.

Fits around shift work and travel

Charlotte runs on banking, healthcare and travel through CLT. If one of you works long hours or is often on the road, each partner can join from wherever they are in North Carolina.

Privacy close to home

No waiting room and no chance of running into a coworker or neighbor in a lobby. Sessions happen on a secure, private video platform.

Easier childcare

Meet after the kids are asleep or during a lunch break, instead of booking a sitter for an appointment across town.

What Couples Work On

Couples reach out at every stage, from engaged to married for decades. Common reasons include:

  • Having the same argument over and over
  • Feeling more like roommates than partners
  • Rebuilding trust after an affair
  • Stress from careers, kids or caring for parents
  • Preparing for marriage
  • Deciding together what comes next

Across the Charlotte Metro

Because sessions are online, it doesn't matter which side of town you're on. Couples join from:

Common Questions

Do you have an office in Charlotte?

No. Charlotte is our home base, but every session is held online through a secure video platform. There is no in-person office, so you meet from home or wherever you feel comfortable.

Can we join from different places?

Yes. Each partner can join from their own location, such as one at home in Ballantyne and one at work Uptown, as long as you are both physically in North Carolina during the session (a licensing requirement).

What do we need for an online session?

A private space, a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and a steady internet connection. Headphones help if others are home.

What does it cost?

Couples sessions are $350 and individual sessions are $175. We are a private pay practice. The first step is a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
