No — all sessions are held online through a secure, private video platform. This means you can meet from home, from separate locations, or wherever you feel most comfortable, anywhere in North Carolina.
Yes. Research consistently shows telehealth couples therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person work — and many couples find it easier to attend consistently, which is what actually drives progress.
That works fine. Each partner can join the session from their own location, as long as both of you are physically in North Carolina at the time of the session (a licensing requirement).
